Payment:
We accept payments by paypal. Australian customers may also pay by cheque or by direct transfer to our bank account. Your order will be shipped after payment is received.

GST:
All prices on the web site are free of GST (Australia's Goods and Services Tax). If you are arranging delivery within Australia, or you are an Australian resident, GST of 10% will be added to your order at the checkout stage. If you are not an Australian resident or your order is being sent to an address outside Australia, GST will not be charged.

Shipping:
Goods will be generally shipped out from Australia. All goods are posted through Australia Post (unless otherwise stated).

Return Policy:
It is important to us that you are happy with your purchases from GLASIL. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase (item damage) and the item/s are in their original condition then you can return it to us at any time within 14 days of receipt. We will then issue a full refund for the item, or exchange it for other items as you prefer. If you need to return an item, please send an email (enquiry@glasil.com) to us first before it is returned.
